The Mundy Companies, a leader in the industrial maintenance, services, and construction fields, is currently hiring the following for a 2 WEEK+ position in the Pasadena, Texas area:

QA/QC
$45/HR
7 X 12 - 2 WEEKS+

Job duties/requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

• ASNT SNT-TC-1A Certified Level II MT, PT, VT, UTT, UT (shear-wave)
• The ability to certify welders per Mundy procedures
• Operate different borescopes
• General knowledge of B31.3 and 31.1
• General knowledge of API 650/653/510
• Keeping records of all inspections performed and up-to-date
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, mainly including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge and ability to hand draw isometrics
• Welding experience is a plus but not required
• Plant/manufacturing is a plus but not required

Physical Demands

Work days spent mostly outdoors, may include extreme hot or cold weather conditions. Physical demands may include climbing about machinery, climbing ladders, catwalks and scaffolding, and medium carrying (exerting 20 - 50 pounds of force frequently). May require working inside vessels in cramped and uncomfortable positions. Must be able to wear respiratory protective equipment when required. Strength rating - Heavy.
